The quality of service, the personalization to our needs, and overall experience we had in engaging Hellen and her team was exceptional. As we discussed with the team, you could see the gears ticking in her mind as she fished out examples from her vast library of experience, asking us if a photo she shared fit the bill. Communication was great, with suggestions tastefully done and we never felt like we were overruled (some vendors could be condescending and supersede your wants), but it was a collaboration between vision and experience. On execution, the team was remarkable! Most services quoted a much longer time needed for set-up and tear-down, but Hellen’s team blazed through with precision.

We did not think the decor of our restaurant can be changed much due to the embedded oriental setting within. However on the day itself, it was remarkable how she really transformed the oriental setting to a western modernized setting with her ability to enhance the place with flowers, leaves and designs! Every guests including us were stunned by the beauty of the decoration. Everybody had wonderful praises for the decor. Overall, we were extremely happy with the overall service and the professionalism. Hiring this team was the best decision for us
